How to Use EZ FollowUp in 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1: Import new or desired contacts from your preferred contact management data base (Outlook, GMAIL, Act, Goldmine, Interaction, etc: name, title, company/firm, email address, birthday. Or you can manually enter minimal information into your E- Followup Contact Dashboard (name, email address) adding more information later, or more complete contact information depending on your time availability.
STEP 2: Highlight desired contact or group of contacts; select desired E-followup template; Customize if desired. (You can save a customized template as a new template in your library) For the “let’s meet template” select suggested date(s).
STEP 3: Hit Send
